14th Annual H.O.P.E. Day!

.................................................................................................

Monday through Friday, February 7th – 11th for New Patient Exams

Thursday, February 10th for Existing Patient Visits

Each year our office donates a portion of goods and services to our community. This year is no exception. Once again we will be directly supporting Pregnancy Support Group through donated items and a portion of fees collected during this special event.

Items needed for donations:
Disposable Diapers – 2 pack minimum – sizes 4,5,6 preferred
Powdered Baby Formula – 2 can minimum – Infamil Advance or Similac Advance preferred (no soy)

New patients scheduling during the week of February 7th through 11th will, in exchange for donations to Pregnancy Support Group, receive a complete new patient exam, scan of their spine, x-rays as indicated and a report of findings. The H.O.P.E. day visit will be treated just as any initial visit in our office. Dr. Burk will first take the patient’s complete history and conduct an exam, including a scan of the spine using the Insight SEMG machine. This scan measures any interference or subluxations in the nerves traveling from the spinal cord to organs and muscles. Dr. Burk will then take x-rays to evaluate where the interference is coming from, and to find any underlying problems. We will then schedule a report of findings at which time Dr. Burk will review the scan and x-rays and discuss how chiropractic can help. All of this is included in the donation. At the report of findings visit the patient can decide if they would like to receive their first adjustment.

On Thursday, February 10th one-half of all payments received by existing patients will be donated to the Pregnancy Support Group. Patients being seen on this day will automatically be entered to win one of three free adjustments being given away.

H.O.P.E. Day is a wonderful opportunity to come in and learn about chiropractic while helping other people. We expect to be serving many people that week and hope you will joing us.

Again we thank you for helping us help others and look forward to seeing you on Thursday, February 10th making our 14th Annual H.O.P.E. Day another success!
